Rules for Non-commercial computing centers:
Please note that our license is usually a "group license", i.e. it allows (unlimited) use of WIEN2k within a research group.
But this also means, that a license for a computing center does NOT allow all users of this center to use the WIEN2k code. Instead, every user should have it's own (private) license and only then he would be allowed to use WIEN2k also on your hardware.
We would request that you INFORM your users about this regulation and ask for some proof of the license (eg. a forwarded email from us).
In addition, we do request that you make sure that other users cannot copy the source code illegally.
